Between 13 – 15 November we joined a transformative event of discussions, provocations, and insights called “Imagining Europe Otherwise – Building Trust, Hope, and Perspectives through Culture.”
This was a SIRIUS4all Conference that brought together scholars, artists, and cultural leaders to explore alternative narratives of Europe, offering fresh perspectives that aim to foster trust, hope, and cultural understanding in today’s complex world.
In a world where cultural understanding is often fragmented and divisive, Lisbon and our partners from Mapa Das Ideas offered a space for open dialogue and exchange. Through thought-provoking discussions, performances, interactive workshops, and small-group reflections, the conference encourages participants to think beyond traditional frameworks. It was a chance to connect with artists, scholars, and cultural practitioners from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
More about the participants, discussions and follow ups could be seen in the 3D gallery to the project.
